Anamaria is an Romanian Actress. She won the British Academy Television Award Best Actress award for her Channel 4 film Sex Traffic. Fluent in French, German and English. Her mother was a violinist while her father was a an instructor at one of the most famous drama schools in Romania. She won the Best Female Actor Award for the Year in 2000 at the Mangalia Young Actor Gala. She received the honor of being named European Shooting Star by the European Film Promotion Board in 2008. In addition, she appeared in the film of Francis Ford Copola Youth Without Youth. In 2008 she portrayed Yasim anwar in BBC miniseries The Last Enemy. Marinca appeared in Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven and the Romanian drama Boogie. Then, she played a major role in 2014's Fury in which she played Irma who was the German Aunt of Emma.
